ProSupps CLA 3000

CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is an omega 6 fatty acid that is found naturally in meat and dairy. The average human consumes anywhere from 150-200 mg of CLA a day and studies show a total of 3400-6800mg of CLA can and should be consumed for added improved body composition. CLA is seen as possibly one of the most comprehensively studied weight loss supplements found to reduce food intake, increase energy expenditure, and stimulate fat breakdown.†
