**SUGGESTED USE**

Add 24 to 32 fl oz, 750ml to 1000ml, of water to a shaker cup or blender.

Add 1 serving, 4 scoops, of powder.

Shake or blend for 15 to 20 seconds and enjoy.

You may use up to 2 servings per day based on your calorie needs and product label instructions.
