Directions

Mix one scoop into 8-10oz of water 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. If you are new to Outlift Amped, we suggest starting with a half of scoop to assess your tolerance and gradually increase over time. Avoid consuming within 4-5 hours of sleep to prevent sleep disruption.

Warnings

Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume caffeine, yohimbe, rauwolfia or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications. Each serving contains 388 mg of caffeine, about as much as 2 cups of strong coffee. Consult your doctor prior to use if you are taking any medication or have been diagnosed with any medical condition. Immediately discontinue if you experience any side effects such as, but not limited to, rapid heartbeat or nauseousness. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery. Never exceed the recommended dosage. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This product contains ingredients that may be banned by some sports organizations.
